Verdict Tight
Near the end of a charge the cell is close to its limit. Lower the wattage or pick a cell with a higher continuous rating.
Estimate for a regulated single-battery mod in the most demanding case, a nearly flat cell. Battery current is P ÷ (3.2 V × 0.9), taking 3.2 V under load near cut-off and a 90% chip efficiency, two common conservative values. At the same wattage, changing the coil does not change this current, only the voltage across the coil, V = √(P × R), moves. It does not apply to a mechanical mod. Headroom under 25% counts as tight, and below zero the rating is exceeded.
